Best Picture Oscar Illustrations 2014-2018

For five years I have worked on a personal project of illustrating all the Best Picture nominees at the Oscars for the upcoming year. Each film is portrayed by the gold statue in a costume and elements from the film.

For the fifth year I’ve continued to do The Oscars 2018 90th Academy Awards Best Picture Nominations displayed as their Oscar counterparts. The director of The Shape of Water, Guillermo del Toro, shared the illustration on his twitter account. Each one tries to be as iconic as each of the films.
